Off-campus jobs for the 2026 batch

Off-campus hiring isn't announced in one place. The same opening shows up on a company's careers page, in a few Telegram channels, and on job boards over several days, and the people who apply in the first day get read first.

Check eligibility before anything else

Read three lines of the post first: the batch (2025/2026/2027), the degree (B.Tech/BE, MCA, any graduate), and the location and work mode. If any one doesn't fit, skip it: an application you're not eligible for wastes your time and the recruiter's attention.

Apply the same day, to a person

Apply on the post's own page, and if the company published a hiring email, also send a short email for that one role (our guide to emailing HR has a template). Most applicants only click "Apply"; a five-line email from an eligible candidate stands out.

Keep a simple tracker

Company, role, date applied, how (portal or email), follow-up date. Follow up once after five working days. Count replies weekly, not daily: off-campus hiring is a numbers game played over weeks.
