Refund policy
Every plan is paid by UPI for one period at a time and never renews by itself, so you are never charged unless you pay yourself. These terms are also shown next to the Pay button, before you pay.
Pro and Pro · 3 months
- A full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first payment and you've opened fewer than 25 emails in Gmail through the app since that payment.
- One refund per person (per Google account and per UPI account).
- Renewals aren't refundable, except in the cases under "When something goes wrong on our side".
Why the condition: paid plans allow 100 emails a day. 25 emails is plenty to judge whether the app works for you, and far from using up the plan.
Sprint
Sprint is a 7-day plan and isn't refundable, because a 7-day refund on a 7-day plan would make it free. It's offered in the app only, and this is said before you pay.
When something goes wrong on our side
- If your payment was confirmed but your plan wasn't switched on within 24 hours: a full refund, on any plan.
- If an outage on our side stops the app working for more than 24 hours: we add the lost days back to your plan.
- If you paid twice for the same period by mistake: the second payment is refunded.
How to ask
In the app, open Help and send a ticket with the UPI reference number, or email [email protected]. Payment questions are answered the same day. Approved refunds go back by UPI to the account that paid, usually within 48 hours.
Prices
Prices are shown in full, in rupees, before you pay. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is added and none appears on your receipt.
