Terms of service
Last updated 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Armaan Punia (659 Sector-38 Gurugram, Haryana, India) for using applyrn. By creating an account you accept them.
What applyrn does
applyrn collects job postings from public sources, matches them to the profile you confirm, explains the match, and drafts emails. It does not apply to jobs, send emails or contact anyone for you: you decide what to send and send it yourself, from your own email account.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and sign in with your own Google account.
- Keep your profile truthful. Drafts are built only from it, so what you claim is your responsibility.
- One person, one account. We may suspend accounts used to get around plan limits or rate limits.
Fair use
- Don't use applyrn to send spam, bulk or misleading emails, or to contact people who asked not to be contacted.
- Don't try to break, overload or scrape the service, or to read other users' data.
- Jobs come from third parties. Check every employer yourself, and never pay anyone to apply for a job. We mark posts that look risky, but we can't vouch for any employer.
Plans and payment
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Sprint, Pro and Pro · 3 months) are paid in advance by UPI for the period shown on the plan page and never renew by themselves. Prices are shown in full before you pay; we are not registered for GST, so none is added. Quotas and prices are shown in the app and may change for future periods; we'll tell you before they do. Refunds follow the refund policy.
No guarantee
We work hard to show relevant, current jobs, but we can't promise that any posting is accurate, still open, or that you'll get a reply or a job. The service is provided as it is, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.
Ending
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after telling you why where we can.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Write to [email protected] first; we'll try to resolve any problem quickly. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
